The Grifoncino, the Roof Garden and the Bistro and Lounge Bar are three different ways to express our hospitality. The charming main room is cosy and romantic. The Roof Garden with lounge bar is a bistro with an outdoor terrace which can be enjoyed all year round.
There are also cosy and private areas where you can relax in your bathrobe after your spa treatment, thus combining wellness and food experiences. Perhaps as you sip one of our gin and tonics served with special ice cubes made of rosemary-flavoured Fiuggi water.

There is a good chance to choose set menus (different and tempting proposals) or to order à la carte. The menus chosen, different from each other, were of good quality. Very nice and professional staff.

UlissesAGomezGoing to Italy, I obviously dreamed of trying new dishes. A visit to this restaurant gave me a real gastronomic pleasure (and not only). The result exceeded expectations: everything is very tasty, effective presentation, discreet and at the same time timely service. Since we were the whole family, it was important to me that the children had something to feed – even with that, everything turned out in order. In short, I’m glad I discovered Griffoncino and broadened my understanding of Italian cuisine.

Incredible Italian cuisine for all tastes: meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetables, fruit. Individual me for the kids (we made a request in advance for a children’s menu at the hotel). I was also interested in the menu for those on a diet. We have noticed that many Italians have lunch and dinner here, which is important, as this is not a restaurant that focuses on the “ignorant and incomprehensible tourist” in Italian cuisine. The prices are very affordable, the menu is varied, the dishes are very tasty, the lunch and dinner times are flexible, which can only satisfy the Russian client who is not used to having dinner after 20:00. I highly recommend to all those who are resting and planning a trip to Fiuggi to visit the Griffoncino Restaurant. We will definitely come back here with the whole family!
